A lot of people are distressed and frustrated merely because they suffer from acne, including me…

I have spent a lot of money on a very expensive modern acne treatment with different acne curing products.

But no one works.

having so many chemical treatments actually could give side effects to our skin especially our sensitive face skin.

Here are some natural home remedies you should try;

Outside treatments
squeeze the juice of a half fresh lime into a glass of boiled milk, wait for about 3 to 5 minutes.

pour the mixture onto the cotton wash cloth and wash your face, rinse your face with warm water and wipe it with dry cloth.

Or if you have no time to do it, you could try something simpler like putting a toothpaste onto the acne and let it dry.

when it dried, rinse your face with cold water and wipe it with dry cloth.

Do the treatment continuously and try to not touch your face often.

drink more water,minimize the quantity of sugar that is consumed in your diet,

get more sleep, minimize the level of stress and anxiety in your life.
