Tips on Healing Scars and Acne
Please read:
Just a few tips i have learned that i wanted to share with u guys. Also how long my hair is. hope u enjoy.
Oatmeal:any food store, quick oats,steal oats. Dont get the box of packets that r flavored.
Honey:Make sure the ingredients say just honey. @any food store.
Lemon: @ any food store,either the whole fruit or the lemon in juice in a lemon shaped plastic bottle.
Witch Hazel: @ a drugstore, or any place who sells first aid products.
Eucerin: @ walmart $12-$13, or get walmart brand $5-$6
Queen helene mint julep masque: @ family Dollar $3
Sea salt: @ any food store.
Green Tea: Celestial seasons or any other brands @ any food store. $2-$5

How i cleared up my Acne (skin-care tips)
1. Stop touching your face. Dont touch, Dont pluck, Dont pop, Dont do anything, Just leave it alone! And eventually your skin will look better!
2. Drink lots of water! Water is so good for you! More beneficial than you’ll ever know! And also limit your alcohol intake! That stuff makes your face break out terribly! (im not talking rubbing alcohol either!)
3. Wash your face! Dont forget to wash your makeup off, Dont sleep with it on! That is NO good for your skin! And will only cause more problems!
4. Get lots of sleep, and try taking some vitamins! I bought some Hair/Nail/Skin Vitamins from H-E-B the other day! (store brand! it was only 4$)
5) Try a few face washes out, find the right one for you! And use an astringent, a gentle one, like witch-hazel!
6) If your skin gets dry…. Just moisturize!
7) Avoid anything strong scented!
If i can think of anything else, i’ll let you know!
Any additional tips? PLEASE feel free to list them down below! I would love for you to share! And im sure others would too!! And just so you know.. My skin is not 100% clear all the time, i do get an occasional pimple..

This routine is not proven yet I thought I would share with you my 30 day skin care experiment. I am beyond frustrated with my pimples. I am sick of them they haven’t gone away in one spot for a good 2 months since they started. So I was highly motivated to make a change. I feature several different products that I am going to use as well as other areas of my life that I am going to improve upon as well. Wish me luck. I will let you know how it’s going with little updates sprinkled in my videos.

1. Cetaphil Daily Facial Cleanser under $10 found at any drugstore/supermarket/warehouse
2. Olay Professional X Cleanser $30 can be found at most Walmarts, Targets, Walgreens
3. Nutragena Oil Free Acne Wash Grapefruit $8 dollars drugstore/supermarket/warehouse
4. Queen Helene Mint Julep Mask under 4 dollars any drugstore/supermarket/warehouse
5. Dermalogica Gentle Exfoliate Cream bought mine on eBay $10 for 44 ml
6. C.O. Bigelow Rose Water Tonic you can still buy on eBay
Makeup Removal Products:
1. Equaline (Shaws Brand) Cold Cream under $4 drugstore/supermarket/warehouse
2. Sonia Kashuk Eye Makeup Remover $10 Target
Sanitizing Products:
1. Anti Bacteria Wipes under 8 dollars any grocery store
2. Brush cleaner = dab of sulfate free shampoo, conditioner/olive oil, dawn dish soap (dry in a brush guard)
3. MAC makeup brush cleanser under 15 dollars MAC stores
