I personally lived with acne dark marks that are hard to clear up until I used this mask 2-3 times a week along with my skin care routine such as my DIY vitamin C serum http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZAL_FGZ5NOI and sometimes BB cream (Missha #31 Perfect Cover, Skin79, Dr. Dart Plus) as my cover up healing makeup. Always exfoliate before using this mask to see results sooner. If you don’t see results in less then 2 months then you would need to try to add another lightening product with ingredients that was discussed in the video briefly: hydroquinone, arbutin, lactic acid, malic acid, alpha hydroxyl acid, azelaic acid, kojic acid, vaitamin C, licorise extract.

Recipe to make a weekly Whitening CheesecakeCucumber Mask and less expensive:
-Store The Rest In The Fridge For A Week
-1/2 Peeled, Sliced, & Crushed Cucumber
-3 Tsp Plain Yogurt
-2 Tbsp Organic Honey
-Whisk 1 Egg White
-Mix Everything with 3-4 Tsp Lemon Juice
-Apply to face for 15 to 20 minutes and wash with warm water

Beside the obvious of avoid touching your pimples and keeping your skin hydrated at all times.
I found this little tip very handy to reduce the appearance of pimple scars or even lessen the chances of it scarring.
This trick can be twigged to your skin needs but i usual do it 2wice a day and 3 continuous days after the pimple has died down.
We dont want to do this on an active pimple because it may aggregate it, instead try a good pimple cream (ie Clearasil Ultra Pimples + Marks Lotion).

The hair mask smells amazing and gives wonderful results. I can’t believe it never occured me to use hair masks on my hair until now. Im always a firm believer of natural remedies so I took it up a notch.

You will only need 1 half of an avocado for the hair mask and for the other half; simply mash it up (mix honey, yogurt etc) and apply it as a soothing face mask.

Avocado is rich in beneficial oils good for our skin, body and health which is why some cultures call the fruit ‘Green Gold’. Its not only delicious as a healthy treat but also to our hair and skin.

The mask has enough for 2 applications. I highly reccomend you guys to experiment in your own time and find the ingredients that suit you. Its so much fun and you learn alot about your body, skin and hair at the same time.
