Let’s cut the crap, if you know anyone who’s fat, you know that taking a diet pill or have their stomach stapled won’t solve their problem if they just continue to keep eating the way they do and not exercising afterward. You need a change in “lifestyle.”
Hi, I’m Ray and I’m a currently studying for my Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
For more than 10 years, I’ve suffered from, battled and eventually cured my acne myself. I’ve tried everything from ProActiv, creams, antibiotics, herbs, and even flying out to a foreign country to visit a famous dermatologist. Nothing worked. You can imagine the devastation I felt in my heart… and in my pockets.
If you’ve ever suffered from acne or know someone who did, you can probably understand that acne not only scars on the outside, it also scars on the inside.
But there’s simply too many money hungry products on tv, false information online, and harmful chemicals prescribed in the dermatologist’s office. How do we know who’s right, who to listen to and what to do?

What Should I Eat for Clear Acne Free Skin? Acne Free Diet?
Hi Ray.
Thanks a lot for sharing all your knowledge to help those of us who suffer from acne. I have severe cystic acne for the past 15 years (face, neck, back, shoulder). I’ve read every articles and try to follow eating the right diet and taking the necessary supplements. After 3 months of following your advice, I have noticed that I got much lesser new acne. My question is:
1) Since I start eating the right diet, I am always hungry all the time. Eating vegetables and eating only meat does not make me full at all, because I used to eat carb so much ( lots of rice and bread ). Do you have any tips on how to keep yourself from being hungry all the time and still eating the right diet?
2) I notice that there are several diet that should be followed. In your opinion, which one should I follow:
a) Low glycemic diet
b) Alkaline diet
c) Anti Inflammatory Diet
3) You recommend so many vitamin, oils, enzymes and supplements. I want to clear my acne, but at the same time, I don’t want to spend way too much money every month. Can you rank from the most important to the least important, so I can prioritize.
4) I know that fast food is really bad for you, but I don’t cook, so I always buy food outside everyday. Can you give some suggestions on which food at popular fast food restaurants that won’t cause breakouts? Which food at Subway, McDonald’s and Yoshinoya that you recommend the most?
5) Which meat ( red meat or white meat ) is healthier and the one you recommend? I heard that chicken and turkey has much less fat than red meat ( beef and pork ) but they contain much more arachidonic acid, so white meat is much more inflammatory.

My Before And After Pictures
Nothing worked for me. I tried all of it, Benzoyl Peroxide, topical creams, acne-antibiotics, laser treatments, dermatologists, toners, acid peels, I’ve even traveled to foreign countries to visit “famous” cosmetic physicians to seek help. Nothing.
I made a short video compilations of my before and after pictures.Then finally I found the solution. I can confidently tell you to believe in what I’m saying because I’m living proof that it works. The following pictures are my Before and After Acne Pictures from 2004 to 2009.
