Hey Ray, I have just started to implement some of the things from your site, and my skin became noticeably clearer. However, just recently I got a breakout which is really frustrating because I feel as though all the hard work I have been doing clearing my skin these past weeks has gone down the drain. I haven’t seen anything around here about sudden breakouts and I was wondering what one should do if they get one. I usually mess too much with my face when my skin gets bad and end up only irritating it more. After reading this article I think I may get a food allergy test, but in the meantime I really want to get my skin back on the right track!
