Acne Tips – My CLARO Contest Entry
Please expand this box for more info!
Hi guys!
This is my contest entry for Blair’s (juicystar07) giveaway she is holding for the Claro skincare device. I have suffered from acne for the past three years and only recently has it started to clear up a bit. I still get breakouts often, but I have found a decent routine that I am sticking with for now.
My 3 tips for clear, blemish-free skin are:
1. Try not to use too harsh of products, stick with cleansers that are mild. Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for all skin types is great!
2. Beauty sleep!
3. Make sure to drink lots of fluids throughout the day and keep your insides healthy by eating lots of veggies and fruit, eating right is a key factor to great looking skin! Organic foods never hurt, too

Lastly, I know breakouts may seem like the worst possible thing in the world, but don’t give up and keep searching for that “holy grail” product for clear skin! Hopefully you guys found my tips helpful, and feel free to leave any question or comment down below. Thanks for watching!
Thank you Blair so much for having this contest!
xx,
Justine

Skincare for Acne – Step 4: Treating Acne Scars
More steps to come! (sorry they are out of sequence at the moment!) Time is the most important aspect when it come to healing acne scars. Chemical exfoliants like AHA and BHA will help accelerate the healing process, professional treatments like microdermabrasion, acid peels, and laser resurfacing are also excellent options but are VERY expensive!
When treating your acne scars it is important to protect your skin from the sun and UV light using a moisturizer with SPF and also to follow a well balanced skin care routine. That means washing and moisturizing!
Be patient, allow TIME to work its magic and exfoliate skin to help reveal, younger, smooth skin faster!

My Skin Care Routine (for blemish/ acne prone skin)
This was a request.
There are many more reasons for blemishes I just named the most likely/common ones ![]()
Hope this helped
If your acne persists I would recommend benzoyl peroxide spot treatments (not full face washes as I personally feel they dry your face out and make it irritated) and if it still persists talk to your doctor and they might offer you lotions or even medication to help with your acne.
Products mentioned:
Tea tree cleansing wipes
Neutrogena visibly clear 2 in 1 wash hand mask
Neutrogena visibly clear moisturiser
St Ives apricot scrub

My Exposed Skincare Acne Treatment review :)
Hey everyone! This is basically a video of my ‘first impressions’ of this system. I filmed this when I’d only just started using the system, so it is more about the visuals, procedure to use it, postage, costs and practicalities of the system instead of the effect it has had on my skin so far (that video will be done in a few weeks time after more testing).
You can check out the site for this product here http://www.exposedskincare.com/
I am not affiliated with this company and I bought this system myself. I performed my own research into acne systems and products and decided to try this one out.
Thanks for watching
