How to use lemon for acne treatment. Lemon is a great fruit! it’s acidic in nature but alkaline forming in the body. Lemon is high in vitamin C which helps your immune system stay strong as well as your skin get rid of and exfoliate dead skin cells to create new ones. The sun supplies you with vitamin D which strengthens and boosts your immune system. Your immune system will fight bad bacteria that causes acne… So when you get sun you are helping decrease the bad bacteria that causes acne. You are also getting a tan and when your skin is darkened it helps blend your blemishes, breakouts and pimples. Your immune system is strengthened by the sun so when other things attack your body your immune system will do a better job keeping your body healthier and your skin clearer.
