In this video I talk about allowing your skin to breathe and not suffocating it with so many cosmetic and skin care products so often. I also recommend that you get off benzoyl peroxide, paraben and sulfate based products. The more natural the less harm it will do to your skin. I recommend washing your face 1-2 times a day and moisturizing a few times a week. Your body receives oxygen both internally and is exposed externally so be sure to drink plenty of pure water, breathe through your nose and get a healthy diet.
