Both of these things that lemon does is great for clearing up acne! You can use lemon in several ways too. You can use it to make lemon water or lemonade. You can use lemons to cut it in half and rub it on your skin to cleanse it, and you can also take a lemon and juice it with other fruits and vegetables! I also recommend that you get off benzoyl peroxide, paraben and sulfate based products. The more natural the less harm it will do to your skin. Your body receives oxygen both internally and is exposed externally so be sure to drink plenty of pure water, breathe through your nose and get a healthy diet.
