your self esteem. Many people think it’s just teenagers that have acne, pimple problems but in actual
fact many men and woman who are in their 40′s and 50′s have flare ups too! Can you do anything to prevent
this problem arising well yes you can their are a few tips to aid with this acne.

Tip1….Clean your skin 2 x daily with mild soap with no perfumes in it as this can aggrevate you acne problems.
Wash with water and a antispetic wash. Your cleanser should be mild and not drying as not to dry the skin.

You can get special cleansers thats are made to fight acne, you need to clean your face gently as you can cause
more breaks outs and scarring.

If acne breaks out and is extremly bad it is advisable that you just use your hands to clean your face, make sure your hands
are clean before you start, cleaning clothes make the acne worse by breaking the sores open….

Tip2….When washing your hair it has been known to help to wash the hair daily as this will help to reduce the oil that is on
the surface of the skin. Many people do not realise that pimples are pores that get blocked.

If you have oily hair it helps to keep it it clean and stops the oil from spreading onto the face.keep long hair pulled back from your face
this helps to stop any oils in your hair from going onto your face. It is a good idea to do this at night also to stop the hair from spreading
about your face when you are sleeping.

Tip3…Make sure your pillowcase is changed every day, as this can stop oil that comes from your face depositing on your pillowcase, this can irritate
your acne, make sure no one else sleeps on you pillowcase.

Tip4….Use a exfoliating cleanser or facial masque. These cleaning agents contain aliciylic acid.

This forms as a peeling agent, what it does is removes the outer layer of the skin and opens pores.
Masques contain sulphur and help to draw out the excessive oil, you can get special pads which help to draw out the excessive oil. They Contain benzoyl peroxide.

Tip 5…Take a multivitamin, what this does is it helps to keep your skin healthy. It has been known that having good nutrition helps the body inside thus helping the
skin on the outside, Many people are unaware that by having acne that this can be a sign that their is something wrong inside the body and when this happens, it produces
excessive oil and clogs the pores.

Tip6….It has also been known that by taking chronium in your diet as well as beta-carotene this contains vitamin A which strengthens the tissues on the skin which can
help to prevent acne.

Tip7…Try to avoid wearing makeup if possibe. If you have to wear makeup because you feel self conscious without it, it is better to go for a water basesd one as oil based makeups
aggrevate the acne.

Tip 8…Always drink 8 glasses of water a day. This is very important. A dehydrated body makes the acne worse, by flushing out waste materials from the body this can aid the skin from
errupting. Water is good for everyone but it is especially good for your skin, If you hate plain water, try chilling it as it makes it more pleasant to drink, or you can use flavoured water
or some fruit flavouring. This will make it easier to drink.

Tip9….Avoid hair products that contain oil remember to read the labels before buying.

Tip10…Very important, keep your hands of your face, hands are full of germs at the best of times. Only touch your face when washing, never squeeze scratch or rub pick your pimples as this

Why Acne Creams Don’t Work

Even though acne is not subject to one particular age demographic, it is preponderant in young people–at one of the most self-conscious stages of life–their teenage years.  The pharmaceutical corporations have basically jumped at the opportunity to quickly profit in on the struggles of acne that are being faced by many hapless people across the country.  This is why you see hundreds of acne creams on the shelves of supermarkets today.  There’s no doubt that if you go to the nearest pharmacy, you’ll see a flood of acne creams manufactured by pharmaceutical companies.  There are whole sections that are dedicated to the handling of acne breakouts.  It’s no surprise that acne creams are by far the most popular treatment for acne than any other remedy out there.  Even though all of these fancy creams exist, acne still continues to plague those very same people.

I had acne and before I cleared out my skin I was always asking myself “Why is there all of these acne products on the market but none of them seem to do squat about the problem?”  The most little-known answer to this question is that poor hygiene does not completely attribute to acne.  People wash their faces vigorously every day hoping to rid themselves of their acne . But facial washes are not even the answer to mitigate your acne problem.  The best ways to fighting acne are not acne creams either.  Acne creams may have the illusion of doing an excellent job of taking out the acne and helping the skin remain highly hygienic but in reality, there are tons of clear solutions that people are bypassing. Somebody has to say it: acne cannot be cured by any pharmaceutical company’s product.  Period. Acne creams, despite their ineffectiveness, are still purchased everyday by many Americans who are unconsciously wasting hundreds of dollars each year.  The way to relieve yourself of acne is done not with acne creams or facial washes, but by natural methods that you should and will take advantage of once you find out about them.
