While not all get Acne, everyone, men and women can be stricken with this skin problem. And for those who are already afflicted with Acne, they can try using effective acne skin care products to clear up their skin and keep the problem from coming back.
Try using acne skin care products that skin doctors or dermatologists advise you to use. Remember, one product that is effective on one skin type may not work as beautifully on another. However, once you are able to use the product that suits your skin type, it may just be possible that you are able to solve your acne problem.
There are many man skin care products that deal with acne. Unfortunately many men use the trial and error method, purchasing one acne skin care product after another, trying to see which one best offers the desired results. However, with this technique, you will spend a great amount of money unnecessarily.
You will be able to use the right product from the start simply by asking for the medical consultation of the dermatologist or skin doctor. These specialists will make the proper analysis of your skin, identifying its skin type. From here, they are able to determine which type of skin product is best for you.
Do not be influenced by the TV commercials on acne skin care products being endorsed by famous celebrities and personalities. These individuals might promise you clear, acne free skin because it worked for them. But then, what is good for these people might not work the same way for your skin. Remember, that not because such products are recommended by well-known people, you will run quickly to the next drug or cosmetic store and buy their products. The truth of the matter is that there is no guarantee that what works for their skin will also work for you.
On the other hand, if money is hard to come by and you cannot afford to buy this acne skin care products for men, you can always try to reduce your acne the natural way. Take proper care of the skin with some simple, tried and tested skin regimen such as washing your face thoroughly with simple soap and water, at least once a day. Scrubbing is a no-no as this will just aggravate your skin problem. Male skin is oilier and so it will help if one removes excess oil with a mild astringent.

Finding the Best Skin Care Products For Acne
Ohhhh, that stupid Acne! It’s likely that 85% of us men and women have experienced Acne to some degree. Some of us, however, haven’t just experienced it, but SUFFERED through it – this definitely includes me, who dealt with pizza face and Mount Fuji-sized zits for many years.
Back when I was a teenager (no it wasn’t too long ago) there weren’t many Acne treatments on the market, with the notable exception of prescription medications like Accutane (Isotrentinoin) and Tetrocycline (and antibiotic), and a handful of OTC acne treatments like Clearasil. Now, however, you just about have 1001 “best skin care products for Acne” available to you. Finding the better ones through this marketing haystack is the key to successful acne treatments, or more suffering. The question isn’t “is there anything that can even help me?” anymore – the question is now: which of the hundreds of products are the best skin care products for acne?
This is why I, the acne guy, developed my site. Sure it’s in its infancy, but it’s slowly growing into a site devoted to providing you, the acne traumatized, with information and reviews to help you decide which of the best skin care products for acne just might work!
It wasn’t until I was about 17 before I decided to try and destroy my acne (by then most of the emotional damage had been done – oh well). After trying some over the counter treatments, I went for the big one, and got a prescription of Tetrocycline (which didn’t quite work for me), and then switched to Accutane. It worked, but wasn’t a very pleasant experience. I will always suggest you first try something a bit simpler and safer, prior to going to the doctor. If those don’t work, then work your way up the acne treatment ladder. Why, you ask? Those particular prescription medications came with some disturbing side effects, such as “peeling lips” (where you literally peeled layers of skin off your lips – and left them raw, only to have to do it again later, or risk walking around with shredded lips. I know, disgusting). Or other issues like severe sun-sensitivity. And if you’re pregnant, forget ’bout it.
So, in my recent study and research for the best skin care products for acne, I came across a few acne care systems that seemed to be the most popular among the rest for acne sufferers. A few of the products I mention have review pages to help you decide on the right treatment. Also, you’ll find plenty of coupons and discounts to help save you money.
Some of these products include:
1) The Murad Acne Complex
2) The ever-popular Proactiv Acne Solution
3) The Hollywood Treatment – Mario Badescu’s Acne Control Kit
4) And finally, the Skinceuticals Acne Care system.
As stated earlier, there are many products to choose from. The four above are a few that have been proven to work. However, as always, results vary per individual. To view more of the best skin care products for acne, please visit me through my signature below.

4 Clear Skin Acne Treatment Tips – Don’t Read This Unless You Want Healthy Acne Free Skin
If you would like to prevent pimples from reoccurring then there are some clear skin acne treatment tips that will help a lot. This includes eating a Healthy diet, drinking plenty of water, maintaining a regular skin care regimen and using an OTC acne product, if needed.
Eating A Healthy Diet
First of all, you should avoid junk food. This includes sodas, sweets and greasy, fatty foods. This may seem difficult to do, but just think how much better you will feel knowing you are taking care of your body and are helping keep your skin Healthy. You should eat a diet that is rich in whole grains, vegetables, fruits and lean meats.
Drinking Plenty of Water
Your body normally expels toxins through your bowels and kidneys, but if you are not drinking enough water, you could be expelling toxins through your skin. Obviously this doesn’t help you keep your skin acne free. Drinking plenty of water will help you clear your body of these toxins while helping to prevent acne. Drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water each day will help a lot.
Keeping Your Skin Clean
Poor hygiene can cause acne. When your skin gets oily and mixes with dead skin cells, it causes your pores to get blocked and acne to form. Cleansing your skin twice a day to remove oil, dirt and dead skin cells will help prevent acne. A mild facial cleanser or mild acne cleanser should be used, rather than bar soap.
Using OTC Acne Products If Necessary
Over the counter acne medications can be used, if the above lifestyle changes don’t clear your acne. The most popular treatments are benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid. Acne treatments can dry your skin, so it is best to use a moisturizer to keep your skin hydrated when using topical acne products.
These 4 quick clear skin acne tips will make a big difference and help you prevent acne from occurring. If you follow these tips and are still experiencing a lot of acne, it is best to consult a dermatologist or your doctor, especially if you have severe acne. Severe acne may need to be treated by the use of a prescription treatment for acne or you may have a health condition that is causing your acne.

Winter Effect on Skin – Natural Acne Treatment
The skin is made up of several layers of cells and thousands of oil glands. The oil that the glands produce keeps the skin from losing moisture and makes it supple and soft.
“Skin is losing moisture during winter months, so it’s extremely important to use moisture applied on the skin to prevent dry and crack on skin” Dr. Jan Hornets – Dermatologist of Acne Stop Company.
Winter can play havoc with your skin. Therefore, using a good moisturizer on a daily basis is a must. When choosing a moisturizer price is a must, many people how have money chose an expensive moisturizer thinking that is the best one, important skin care companies choose to make their products cheaper because they have a good product and sales are going up (production cost will go down) this way they think that will get new and more sales.
So when choosing a moisturizer; start with one which is least expensive. But make sure to use one with a known brand name. A company which is specialized in manufacturing skin care moisturizers would be a wise choice.
Things you can do to prevent winter skin:
Take shorter showers from 10 and up to 15 minutes.
Use some bath oils in to your water if you must take a hot bath.
Add mild soaps, PH 0 based soaps it will be recommended. Try to avoid soaps, that dry the the skin.
If you use some cleanser or some acne treatment, be sure to use them immediately after the shower when the skin is still wet that way your skin will be less dry and you prevent it from cracking.
For your lips to prevent getting cracked, painful or dry lips;
The skin on the lips is extremely thin and that is why in that place the skin is really sensitive, lip-linking will not help at this stage because the bacteria from you saliva can make them even more dry and you could damage them more. Use a moisturizer for the lips, there are many that are unisex, preferably a moisturizer that contain vitamins and Aloe Vera.
For the whole body for those of you who use an acne treatment for your acne condition be sure to not use them if they are based on enzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid and Retin-A. On winter time you can replace your current acne treatment with another one you can see them here (Natural acne treatment)
