i think you dont … i think you dont know what your talking about, hormones cause acne. how old are you? anything that exerts hormones should be avoided, try not to have sex everyday and if your still young then stop beating your meat.

I've been limiting … I've been limiting dairy for four months now and it's made a big improvement in my acne. It didn't cure it, but certainly improved it a lot. There's more than one cause of acne, and for some taking it out of your diet helps. Sorry it didn't help you, but it's not bull.
