tip: wash your face before you go to bed and try to wash your pillowcase(s) at least once a week (instead of once a month like most people do) I totally stopped breaking out so much since nasty dirt and oil stopped building up on my pillowcase for long periods of time. and if you dont do laundry, just throw it in with the week’s laundry for whoever does it
