I've heard dairy … I've heard dairy products clog pores.
I've tested my theory over and over and over again.
No dairy, no acne! I hope it works for other people.
i dont use a mask … i dont use a mask that often because if drings up the dirt in the pore and it sits ontop of your skin and creates another pimple.

The cause of acne …
The cause of acne is inside your body, so putting stuff on your face is not going to remove the cause, it’s only going to treat the symptoms (well try to anyway).
This is why so many people find with acne they take one step forward and then two steps back, they get rid of a bunch of pimples but the cause of the problem just brings a new bunch for them to deal with.

you have to make sure its not a jell toothpaste… but basically you put it directly on the pimple and go to sleep.. in the morining it will either be a lot smaller or almost gone =P i do it all the time.. it works really well

I used to have pimples too,not a lot of,ok,but it wasn’t nice at all,well,it turned out that I was (am) lactose intollerant,and,believe it or not,I cured my skin by cutting dairy products off of my diet too.Now my skin is smooth,clean…Beautiful ! Oh one more tip guys : it’d be better to prfer brown sugar cane ( or honey) to white sugar.I’ve been using both them for nearly 7 years now and that helped me a lot
