Just make a paste and use when showering for best results and use it on your body as well to remove dead cells. It also removes dark spots I tried it and it does work I don't want to try this other thing that are just a waist of my time.

Exfolliet with baking soda, works best and you will never try another scrub afterwards, its gentle yet to the point. Prevents blackheads from coming back too.
