The best skin … The best skin products I have used and am currently using are skin brushing and exfoliating, hot steam, pure aromatherapy extract (tree trea, ecaluptos – spelling!?, citrus, mint, etc) and RAW hemp oil – the kind people consume… raw olive oil works great as well. Fresh raw aloe is also divine for healing/mending. I have come to prefer as close to the earth as possible but do use Dr. Bronners. In a perfect world I would use everything straight from the earth. Hair styling produce = my weakness

you are lucky you … you are lucky you have a lap cat. Mine wont do that!!! Is it a boy? Mine are girls. someone said if its a boy, it will be more loving. I have been doing great on raw foods this past week. Ive been 75% raw on and off, but now its even better. thanks Annmarie. those sounds great. I use goldenseal on my face. its great. i use coconut oil … i use coconut oil for just about everything … i don't eat much of it any more, but it's awesome for skin and hair … and i like knowing that i *could* eat it if i wanted to … honey/sugar scrubs are great, too … although i wouldn't eat that either lol …
but obviously, cosmetics only try to mimic the look of good health (clear skin, blushed cheeks, thick hair, clear eyes, etc) … why not just get the good health and skip the cosmetics, no matter what they're made of?

i use dr. hauschka, … i use dr. hauschka, josie maran argan oil, rms blush, lipsticks…and coconut oil…plus earth's essential cream (e3). i love my products, and i'm always switching. eating well and exercise is the best cosmetic!!!
and those are just … and those are just the active ingredients… the other ingredients in the cream are amazing too. I just remembered the name of the cream its almost identical to, its called creme de la mer.
I don't personally … I don't personally use a cream that I had a sample of from a friend (I'm very sensitive to most creams) I gave it to my father and hes had amazing results. Basically its a copy of a very expensive cream costing around $210 only its $30 cos they don't pay for advertising or anything. Lots amazing results from others that have used it too. You might want to check it out its called "juvess" (google it) and it contains things like Copper peptides, Beta glucan, CoQ10, Vitamin E, Carnosine.
